Consent Order (SC Veterinary Board) Thomas Sheridan / Folly Road Animal Hospital - Below is the link to the SC Veterinary Board's Consent Agreement in response to the Formal Complaint.  Sheridan's license was suspended, then stayed, and he is operating under a probationary status.  He had to pay $500.00 fine plus costs of the investigation.  He was ordered to take a pre-approved course in abdominal surgery.  And it was determined that Sheridan VIOLATED the Veterinary Practice Act or a regulation promulgated by the Board.  AND Sheridan "WAS DETERMINED TO BE INCOMPETENT AND NEGLIGENT IN THE PRACTICE OF VETERINARY MEDICINE!"
